Boy the summer is sure getting away from us quickly! It's already August. I don't know where the time goes! August brings a great designer paper special from Stampin' Up. When you buy three packs of designer paper, you get one free. It is also the last month for the Summer Mini Catalog, so if there are items you want, but haven't ordered yet, now is the time.
Here are the details for August workshops:
Tuesday, August 16th from 3:45 - 8:00 PM - Regular Card Workshop, 6 Cards for $10. We will be making six cards using the Fabulous Florets set from the Summer Mini Catalog. When I looked through the Summer Mini and saw this set, I didn't think I needed another flower set of stamps. But as I saw more and more cards made with this set, I decided I had to have it. And boy, can you make some beautiful cards with it! We'll also be using the new striped embossing folder and Petite Pairs Stamp set from the new Idea Book & Catalog. We are going to be heat embossing, sanding, rock and rolling, etc. Lots of fun!! I will be offering 10% off any items from the Summer Mini Catalog at this workshop. And as always, spend $35 and your cards are free. The last day to RSVP for this workshop is Thursday, August 11th.
Wednesday, August 31st from 3:45 - 8:00 PM - Big Shot Class - 4 Projects for $10. We will be making four adorable projects using the Matchbox Die. You can use these cute little boxes for candy, jewelry, etc, basically anything you can think to put in them. The pictures on my blog show samples, but I will have multiple colors and designer papers to choose from. Buy the Matchbox Die or any other Big Shot items at 10% off at this workshop! Spend $35 and your Big Shot projects are free! The last day to RSVP for this workshop is Thursday, August 25th.
