February Workshops

Hi Ladies,

Well, February is creeping up on us and I'm actually ready with all of my workshop projects for the month.  Because the new Occasions Mini Catalog came out this month, I'll be holding three special workshops (one in Feb, March, and April) focusing on the new products from this catalog.

Now, there are always cute things in EVERY new catalog, but this one tops all others I have seen in my two years with Stampin' Up.  I wanted almost every stamp set and EVERY punch in the book.  And what better time to buy than during Sale-a-bration?

What is Sale-a-bration?  Well, from January 25-March 31st, for every $50 you spend, you get to choose an item absolutely FREE from the Sale-a-bration catalog.  And for hosting your own workshop of $300 or more, you can choose another item from the Sale-a-bration catlog for FREE.  This catalog contains stamp sets, paper packs, digital downloads, wall decor and more.  Be sure to pick up a catalog!

So, what do I have planned for you in February?

Tuesday, February 1st - 3:45 - 8:00 PM (Come and go as you need to) - Regular 6 x 6 Scrapbook Spread Workshop - $10.  We'll create a cute Valentine spread.  See below for pics.  Deadline to RSVP for this workshop is Thursday, January 27th.
Saturday, February 5th - 8 AM - 5 PM - Sandusky Kiwanis Fundraiser Crop.  Cost for this fundraiser is $25 and includes lunch and snacks.  There are many vendors at this event and the building is a wonderful place to scrap with lots of space and great lighting.  I haven't decided on my free make and take project for this event yet.  I'll also be doing one-on-one demos of My Digital Studio so you can see it in action.

Tuesday, February 15th- Regular Card Workshop (Come and go as you need to)- 3:45 - 8:00 PM.  6 Cards for $10.  You've been asking for them, so we'll be making 6 masculine cards at this workshop. It's a variety of Get Well, Birthday & Sympathy cards, but I think you could use them for any occasion.  Please see attached pics for details.  The deadline to RSVP for this workshop is Friday, February 4th.

Saturday, February 19th from 9 AM - 4 PM - Bad Axe Free Methodist Church Crop - FREE with the exception of a dish to pass for lunch.  Joann Volmering with Creative Memories will demonstrate a spring layout on a 12X12 page using new templates.  Her theme will be Spring.....  Joann will have supplies if anyone wants to purchase. Linda Fruytier and Evelyn Iden will be demonstrating some new ways to make embellishments.  They have many ideas for us.  So come prepared with lots of paper and your scissors.  No RSVP is needed.  I will be out of town on this Saturday, but can tell you that this is an awesome place to scrap and a great opportunity for everyone who is able to attend.

Wednesday, February 23rd - Occasions Mini Stamp a Stack #1 - 3:45 - 8:00 PM.  12 Cards for $20.
This is the first of my Occasions Mini Workshops.  We'll be making 12 cards (2 each of 6 different designs) using new products from the Occasions Mini Catalog.  (See attached pics).  We'll be using the Build a Blossom Stamp Set and Punch, Create a Cupcake Stamp Set and Punch, and Thanks for Caring Stamp Set and 2 1/2" Circle Punch, along with the new Tulips Embossing Folder.   Spend $50 from the Occasions Mini catalog at this workshop and get any accessory from the Occasions Mini (up to $5) FREE PLUS choose a free item from the Sale-a-bration catalog!  Spend $100 and get your cards for free, plus a free accessory, plus 2 free Sale-a-bration items.  RSVP deadline for this workshop is Friday, February 11th

Saturday, February 26th - Ubly PTO Scrapbook Day - 9 AM - 9 PM.  Early registration by February 11th is $25.  After February 11th is $30.   I'll be there with a free make and take and some fun demonstrations.

I hope that these workshops appeal to you.  As always, if there is something you'd like to learn how to do, or particular types of cards/scrap pages/other projects you'd like to make, please let me know.  I'd love to accommodate you!

Have a great week!

Tracy
